REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably major in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Sales and Marketing
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the industrial sector
  • Background serving clients in industries such as Chemicals, Food, Oleo Chemicals, Petrochemicals, or Petroleum
    Working Hours: 5 day work week (Mon to Fri 8 am to 5 pm)
    Working Location: Jurong East/Gul Way

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth of industrial packaging products, focusing on ECOBULK IBC and F1 Drums, within the assigned region.
  • Develop new customer accounts and increase market penetration in Singapore and surrounding areas to exceed sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally to strengthen its reputation as a trusted packaging solutions provider.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to support sustainable sales growth.
  • Build strong customer relationships, identify market needs, and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Set clear sales goals, track performance, and support team development.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and analyse key markets and customer drivers.
  • Conduct consultative selling and leverage product expertise and sales tools.
  • Execute marketing initiatives and communicate customer requirements effectively.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to grow long-term partnerships.
  • Performance will be measured by sales growth, customer feedback, compliance, and ability to meet targets and provide accurate forecasts.
