JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Deal with incoming hotel enquiries from the travel trade with the aim of converting to bookings, ensuring prompt and accurate communication between hotel and agent partners.
  • Pro-actively follow up with outstanding enquiries.
  • Organise and attend appointments with travel trade business owners and senior management.
  • Organise and attend small events such as dinner gatherings.
  • Help organise and host roadshow events with up to 10 hotel clients in the market.
  • Assist in organising diaries for senior management.
  • Administer monthly reports for hotels.
  • Assist team with administration tasks.
  • Maintain and update CRM database.
  • Create invitations for events held by flospitality UK.
  • Co-ordinate and accompany agent familiarisation trips to visit hotels.
  • Undertake research projects.
  • Assist in the organisation of sales calls and accompany hotelier partners on appointments when they are in the UK market.


ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in a sales role required - preferably in luxury hospitality or related fields such as travel trade, F&B, hospitality services, or premium tourism.
  • Existing knowledge of the UK travel trade is desirable.
  • Availability and appetite to travel both within the UK and abroad including long-haul trips.
  • Self-motivated and reliable in working from home, with a desire to collaborate from a central London office and across Flospitality’s global teams.
  • Ability to work from home with reliability and self-motivation.
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of building rapport through relationship management.
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a confident presence.
  • Skilled with MS Office and adept at managing time effectively, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented. Enjoys working independently and creatively within a team.
  • Outgoing, ambitious, confident, friendly, and proactive.
  • Fluent in professional English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.


SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • Salary: Upon request
  • Location: Central London Office (currently in Oxford Circus)
  • Full-time hours
  • Hybrid working: Central London office (2/3 days per week) and home-based as required by business needs
  • 25 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday. Ad-hoc flexibility to attend evening trade events/meetings as the business requires
