Role DescriptionWe are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Manager with proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Fashion industry. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share for our swimwear brand in the B2B market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, building and maintaining relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and execute commercial plans to hit revenue targets.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and business insight, enabling leadership to make informed, timely decisions
Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to improve performance and win rates.
Achieve sales targets through a pro-active commercial agenda, developing and planning new business initiatives that drive overall sales and business improvement.
Identify and target potential B2B clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers, including retailers, distributors and online marketplaces, acting as the main point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and needs.
Negotiate pricing, promotional activity and commercial agreements.
Create and maintain documentation of the policies and procedures of the Sales Department to ensure consistent levels of service and efficiency of processes in the future regardless of team changes.
Act as the internal voice of the sales channel, gathering intel and providing insights to influence product planning and marketing for the B2B collections.
Implement successful visual merchandising and marketing activities directly for the customer, with the assistance of the Marketing Team, to grow sales and the brand while staying within budget.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field
6+ years' of sales and/or Business Development experience
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain commercial relationships with clients and stakeholders.

ExperienceMinimum of 6 years of experience in B2B sales experience in fashion industry (Preferred)
Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets.
Previous UAE experience required.
Experience managing complex, value-based sales cycles.
Metrics-driven sales management experience with a focus on achieving business objectives
Experience working with sales order and inventory management systems.
Experience with analyzing large amounts of data and figures. You must enjoy working on excel with numbers to find information to use for good decisions and creation of efficient templates.

SkillsStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Solid understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.
Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly, effectively presenting the value proposition to potential clients.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
A deep knowledge of the retail industry, including competitor activity.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Pivot Table and VLOOKUP is a MUST. This skill will be tested at the interview stage.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Power Point, Outlook, Word). Basic Sales Presentations will be required.
