The Position

• Accountable to the State Manager and for the success of the sales division
• Manage and mentor the new business development team
• Develop and implement sales strategies and processes
• Support and maintain existing customer relationships
• Continue business growth with established blue chip client base
• Prepare and present tenders and proposals incorporating all supply chain service capabilities
• Facilitate and report outcomes of weekly sales meetings
