What You Will Do

• Lead business development in Germany and collaborate with our Sales Representative in the France region — building and expanding corporate client relationships in the F&B, catering, bakery, and beverage manufacturing industries across Europe.
• Introduce and wholesale Gui Tea’s product range; coordinate custom orders and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Serve as first regional hire in Germany: design sales plans and budgets, then build and lead a local sales team as business grows.
• Propose new product development ideas — spanning tea, food or beverages — in collaboration with our R&D team in China.
• Identify key customers, conduct regular visits, manage client relationships, address complaints or requests, and ensure long-term cooperation.
• Handle import/export operations as needed.
