Description We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth and revenue for our hotel. This role is responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and closing sales across corporate accounts, groups, events, and catering. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong negotiation skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals. Prospect and generate new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, local businesses, and event planners. Manage relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing, catering, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences. Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales presentations. Attend networking events, trade shows, and community events to promote the hotel. Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and forecast revenue. Support bilingual and multicultural communications with clients as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred. 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, hotel, or events. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for Tampa Bay’s market.
