Responsibilities

As part of our CENTRAL team, you will drive sales growth in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg, collaborating closely with local sales partners and the Headquarter team. You will report to the Director of Sales EMEA Central.

  • Develop and execute country and channel sales plans with relevant stakeholders to ensure sustained growth.
  • Provide consultative sales support, offering technical and commercial solutions to distributors and end users.
  • Manage distributor relationships, monitor performance, provide training, and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Analyze new markets, identify potential distributors, and communicate market needs to product management teams.
  • Support lead generation through exhibitions and events, and collaborate with marketing and business management on targeted actions.
  • Utilize CRM (SalesForce) to manage opportunities, create quotes, and drive value-based selling.
  • Participate in internal meetings, project reporting, and closely collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders.
