As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Dynamic Sales Leader to join our management team and help drive results while keeping our customer-first philosophy at the heart of everything we do.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re seeking a Sales Manager with the drive, experience, and leadership skills to take our dealership’s performance to the next level. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can inspire the sales team, close deals, and support the overall success of the business.

• Lead and coach a motivated sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Track and manage inventory of all wholegoods.
• Assist in closing deals and provide on-the-spot support to team members.
• Create and analyze reports for upper management.
• Innovate and implement creative prospecting and customer outreach strategies.
• Desk deals and maintain a strong grasp on deal structure and profitability.
• Ensure a top-notch customer experience from first contact through final delivery.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business growth.
