Achieves assigned district goals through the effective management of a LTL sales team. Plans, executes and oversees sales activities.

MINIMUM EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Five (5) years of LTL selling experience, or two (2) years sales management experience.
Knowledge, skills and abilities considered a plus: LTL leadership experience considered a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: B2B Sales Experience, LTL/Freight Experience

If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. • Provide daily leadership and guidance in the areas of training, coaching and development within the FedEx Freight Sales organization.
• Call on selected accounts with sales representatives.
• Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.
