Lead growth across the Middle East! Drive aviation component sales, build key client relationships, and shape regional strategy in a dynamic, global environment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Practical experience in sales (preferably of aviation products)
  • Background in aviation is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a definite plus
  • Proficiency in IT tools, especially MS Office
  • Experience with composite materials or comparable aviation components is a strong asset
  • Demonstrated experience working within the Middle East market is a plus
  • Existing network of contacts in the region is highly advantageous
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent commercial awareness and analytical thinking
  • Highly organized, with strong research and reporting skills
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Proactive, innovative, and self-driven
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed

  • Drive sales growth and business development across the Middle East and neighboring markets
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies and marketing plans
  • Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Manage key client accounts and ensure consistent customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term relationships and foster customer loyalty
  • Anticipate and address specific customer needs and participate in customer-related projects
  • Create and manage sales reports and KPIs
  • Analyze sales performance, costs, and profitability
  • Support budgeting and revenue development activities
  • Recommend improvements based on benchmarking and variance analysis
  • Ensure contracted services are delivered to agreed standards
  • Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement opportunities
