• Strong negotiation and closing skills with proven track record.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Tamil or Malayalam speaking candidates preferred.
• Must be based in Dubai with good knowledge of the local real estate market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales for luxury real estate projects and meet assigned targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
• Manage client meetings, property tours, and negotiations.
• Develop strategies to expand the client base and generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support project launches and campaigns.
• Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
