For our Nordic branch in Helsinki, we are now seeking a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Finland – someone who combines drive, empathy, and entrepreneurial spirit to help us grow in one of our most important markets. As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding seca’s presence in Finnish healthcare market. With your strategic mindset and hands-on approach, you will connect with healthcare professionals, open new doors, and build strong partnerships – all while being part of a close-knit Nordic team and a global family.
Own your market: You take full responsibility for developing and managing the Finnish market – with the freedom to shape your own approach and make a real impact from day one.
Create growth: You identify potential customers, open new doors, and bring our innovative medical technologies, software, and services to healthcare professionals across the country.
Consult and convince: You understand the challenges of your customers and position seca’s solutions with a consultative mindset – always aiming to create real value and long-term partnerships.
Think entrepreneurially: You plan and implement tailored sales strategies that reflect local market needs and your personal strengths.
Work closely, act independently: You collaborate with our regional sales management and local marketing team – but you take the lead when it comes to execution, customer engagement, and deal-closing.
Be on-site: You enjoy being where the action happens – meeting customers face-to-face across Finland, building relationships based on trust, and driving sales through personal connection and expertise.
