Your tasks in detail

• As an independent sales representative (m/f/d) according to § 84 HGB, you advise and support your customers according to their needs regarding the four building blocks of modern retirement planning: insurance, home ownership, risk protection and wealth accumulation.
• They develop consulting concepts for all pension-related topics based on the identified goals and wishes of the customer and derive concrete offers from this.
• They actively expand their customer network and cultivate their relationships with customers.
• In addition to customer service, you will be responsible for sales and quality targets.
• You will lead, train, and support your motivated field service team.
• Together with your Sales Director (m/f/d), you are responsible for optimizing and expanding your team.

Your profile
