Responsibilities
  • You will manage and develop an existing customer portfolio in the field of polymer additives, identifying and unlocking new sales opportunities – with a strong focus on technical solutions that deliver real value
  • With your deep application knowledge, you will advise customers on additives for flame retardancy, foaming, and other functionalities, tailored to various polymer systems and technical requirements
  • You will independently handle the entire sales process – from preparing offers and negotiating prices to managing margins – and document all activities in our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • You will proactively identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and actively implement both global and regional sales strategies
  • As an interface between Customer Service and Product Development, you always keep customer satisfaction and requirements in focus
  • You will monitor market and technology trends, conduct competitive analyses, and contribute valuable insights to our marketing and innovation strategies
