Job Description: As a Sales Manager you’ll take ownership of building sales funnels, identify new opportunities and use cases, and close deals. Collaborate with leadership to expand our market presence and shape our sales processes. This role is ideal for someone who has an entrepreneurial mind, wants to build the commercial path for a big vision and loves building client relationships. We are on the cutting-edge of AI automations and the team will support you with any tech stack and idea you’ll deem to have the potential to grow us fast. You are the perfect fit if you can also see yourself in building a team and set them on the very tracks you built.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven closing experience in a sales. Bonus points if in SaaS.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS models, B2B sales, and AI trends.
  • Highly motivated and thrives in a start-up environment.
  • Fluent in English; German skills are a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Support lead generation strategy for our marketing team.
  • Build a pipeline of prospects.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure loyalty.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts.
  • Represent Talonic at events (if you see them as a good channel) and build brand awareness.
  • Provide sales forecasts and performance updates.
