Description
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize their performance and productivity. Provide guidance, support, and training to help them achieve individual and team goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including automotive manufacturers, dealerships, and aftermarket retailers. Understand their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive industry. Generate leads, prospect potential clients, and participate in networking events to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate sales forecasts and reports for management review. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Product Knowledge and Presentation: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our automotive seat upholstery solutions to clients through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in the area of seat upholstery and interior components. Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent salesmanship, negotiation skills, and business acumen. Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and sales planning.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively in presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality results.
