Role Overview Madar is seeking a highly capable Sales Manager to support the company’s growth and strengthen its market position within the logistics technology sector. This role focuses on developing targeted sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and securing key accounts. The Sales Manager will also ensure effective cross-departmental coordination to meet business objectives and maintain operational alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, strategic planning ability, and experience leading sales functions to deliver high performance. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients across relevant industries. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to successful onboarding. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts and business stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience. Monitor market trends to uncover and pursue new growth opportunities. Prepare sales reports and provide insights to support business planning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field. 8–15 years of sales experience, preferably in software, logistics, or technology services. Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus, especially with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Strategic Management. Preferred Professional Certifications (CSP) (CPSL) (SAMA) Certification (CSE)
