We at Magna Innovations are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
-Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
-Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
-Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
-Take full responsibility of projects i.e sales, execution, management and delivery.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
-Proven experience in the events field.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales in events technology industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
