To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a Sales Manager to be part of our expansion journey into the UK market. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping businesses grow by owning the entire B2B sales cycle, contribute to our growth by opening accounts in the UK and benefiting from an attractive commission structure and plenty of career growth opportunities in B2B Sales & Business Excellence. We’re building a dynamic, results-oriented team in our brand-new London (Richmond) office, and you could be a founding member!

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Business Development: Initiate contact with prospects through calls, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover customer pain points and present tailored solutions.
  • Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with new clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals.
  • Account Growth: Continuously work to expand and strengthen your accounts, increasing revenue and ensuring customer success with support from the Customer Success department.
