MapleTek Marketing is a Vancouver-based digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through innovative strategies with the help of AI, including social media management, SEO, PPC, CRO and web/app development. We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager / Business Consultant to drive new business growth and help us expand our client base.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven sales professional with a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology/digital marketing sales. This is a remote, self-paced, commission-based role with rewarding commissions and bonuses based on total contract value. The ideal candidate will have an existing network, proven success in business development, and the ability to deliver results without micromanagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in sales within the digital marketing, advertising, or technology industry.
  • Strong B2B sales and business development skills, preferably with an existing network of contacts.
  • Proven ability to generate business independently without daily oversight.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, web design).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve sales targets.
