The Role

You will own the Corporate Partnerships & Events direction — from strategy and team management to revenue, key relationships and execution.

We already have people responsible for sales and event organization.

Your job is to lead them, make them stronger and make the entire division perform.

At the same time, we do not need a director who only sits in the office, holds meetings and gives instructions.

You must be ready to personally open important doors, meet decision makers, develop relationships, lead major negotiations and represent Matcha Vibes at the highest level.

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop the Corporate Partnerships & Events division.
• Manage the existing sales and event team, set clear targets and hold the team accountable for results.
• Build and execute the commercial strategy for corporate, government and institutional clients.
• Develop senior-level relationships with major UAE corporations, government entities, hospitality groups, agencies and premium brands.
• Personally participate in important meetings, negotiations and strategic accounts.
• Create long-term partnerships beyond one-time events — corporate programs, activations, workshops, hospitality collaborations and recurring contracts.
• Build a strong and measurable pipeline with clear ownership, deadlines, follow-ups and commercial objectives.
• Ensure strong coordination between sales, event organization and operations.
• Take responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, client retention and the overall performance of the division.
• Represent Matcha Vibes with the level of energy, professionalism and ambition expected from a brand aiming to become the #1 matcha brand in MENA.
