Responsibilities

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:

  • Manage and develop the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure for B2B and B2C
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and data-led forecasting
  • Set, monitor, and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Implement process improvements to reduce sales cycle time and improve conversion
  • Coach and mentor a growing team of sales executives and account managers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure delivery and customer retention
  • Provide accurate, timely reporting to leadership on pipeline health and performance metrics
