We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and demonstrate exceptional skills in sales management, upselling, and lead generation. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing territory assignments, and driving product demonstrations to enhance our market presence.

  • They must have a strong business acumen and sales aptitude and a willingness to accept full accountability for sales targets

Responsibilities

  • The Sales Manager consistently works to meet vehicle sales quotas through expert management and leadership of the sales team and by forecasting sales and maintaining proper inventory levels in terms of amount and vehicle types
  • In addition, the Sales Manager hires, trains, and monitors team member performance; resolves customer complaints; and helps with closings when necessary

  • Develops viable sales forecasts and associated sales strategies
  • Assist in hiring, training, monitoring team member performance
  • Establishes sales quotas and manages overall sales goals

  • Monitors and adjusts inventory to optimize customer choice
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
