Description
Bachelor's degree in business, health sciences, engineering, or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of professional sales experience, including at least 3 years in a people-management role within healthcare or medical devices. Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets with strong forecasting and pipeline management discipline. Proven understanding of the Colombian healthcare environment, including hospital purchasing processes and key stakeholders. Experience leading, coaching, and performance-managing sales teams in a structured and ethical manner. Ability to engage credibly with clinical stakeholders and communicate product value effectively. Fluent Spanish and professional-level English; willingness to be based in Medellín and travel extensively within the region. Prior experience with a multinational medical device or healthcare technology company. Experience successfully launching new products or technologies in complex healthcare environments. Exposure to pricing, profitability, or business planning responsibilities beyond pure sales execution. Established professional network within hospitals or healthcare institutions in Antioquia, Occidente, or Eje Cafetero regions. Experience supporting tenders, capital equipment sales, or large, multi-stakeholder deals. Strong proficiency with customer relationship management tools and data-driven sales management.
