Our innovative solutions help brands and businesses make a bold impact. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and manage sales operations for our large-scale printing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience and a proven track record in managing high-value projects. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure client requirements are met. Monitor sales targets and report performance to senior management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in large-format printing. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in printing, signage, or large-format advertising. Strong understanding of large-scale printing solutions for buildings, vehicles, and malls. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Self motivated with a results driven mindset.
