With a commitment to innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team and drive strategic business development.
Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for medical supplies, consumable and commonly used clinical items. This individual will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales ideally in the Medical Supplies Industry. Under the leadership of the Executive Vice President, this candidate will be responsible for client prospecting and market analysis, maintaining and developing the following market segments: corporate, government, and public health sector. This individual will also be responsible for sales strategies, comp set and market analysis, RFP completion, coordination, interdepartmental communication, weekly/monthly reporting, and sales planning.
Salary: $100k+/year (based on experience)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the medical distribution field: understand how to position these products to meet the needs of LTC facilities and clinics.
  • 5-7 years of sales experience within the B2B &B2C Sales is a must
  • Knowledge of the LTC and private clinic sectors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French is an asset)
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrate interpersonal qualities with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Highly motivated individual, capable of decision-making and able to work under pressure to overcome possible obstacles.
  • Possess analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Respect deadlines and timely reporting
  • Valid Ontario’s G License
  • Open to travel for business purposes on a weekly basis
Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sales Manager will be critical in driving team performance and sales growth. This individual will have a strong understanding of distribution channels and channel management. In addition to managing and coaching a sales team, the Manager will lead by example, serving as the best salesperson on the floor, developing new OEM business, and building strong relationships with high-level members of our key customers.
