Job Description:

• Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business objectives
• Lead, manage, and support the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Qualification in Business Management or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication , negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and sales satistics
• Target-driven and highly motivated
• Prior experience in the Semi con industry
