Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for luxury vehicles and a proven track record in driving sales or aftersales success? SilberArrows, an independent Mercedes-Benz business in Dubai, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Aftersales Manager to lead our high-performing team and take our operations to the next level.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in a managerial role in Sales or Aftersales within the automotive industry, preferably with premium/luxury brands.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE automotive market and customer expectations in the luxury segment.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • License: Valid UAE driving license is required.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the Sales or Aftersales department, developing and executing strategies to meet performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Coach, mentor, and manage a team of executives and support staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure a premium customer journey at every touchpoint—from inquiry to delivery or service completion.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency using best practices and KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including Marketing, Finance, and HR to support overall business success.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor departmental KPIs and present reports to senior management, using data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to company policies and Mercedes-Benz brand standards
