Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to lead MHP’s commercial efforts in the Canadian market. The role is responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, driving sales growth through innovative solutions, and expanding our presence in the food sector. The ideal candidate will be both a strategist and a hands-on executor, with a passion for customer success and business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management in the food industry
  • Proven track record in managing large customer relationships, ideally in B2B food sales
  • In-depth knowledge of the Canadian food market and distribution channels
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems (preferably SAP) and data analysis
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Fluent in English and Ukrainian
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and market development

    Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies and action plans for the Canadian market
  • Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with key customers based on their business needs and growth objectives
  • Lead Customer Business Development (CBD) projects with top clients, aligning on KPIs and mutual value creation
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
  • Promote MHP’s pre-cooked product portfolio through customized, value-added proposals
  • Conduct regular field visits to gain market insights, uncover customer pain points, and deepen engagement
  • Present product solutions and supply terms, providing expert guidance and tailored recommendations
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and agreement finalization
  • Maintain accurate account records using SAP CRM to ensure visibility and efficiency
  • Analyze sales data, monitor performance, and deliver insights to senior management
  • Collaborate with logistics, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Anticipate market trends and support planning for product availability and inventory optimization
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to partners
