COME AS YOU ARE & JOIN THE 25h TRIBE. Job Description How does your working day look like … Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for mice and leisure segments. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities within the group and leisure markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders to promote the hotel’s offerings. Prepare and present customized proposals and contracts for groups, ensuring that all client requirements are met. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction. Organize and participate in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients. Work closely with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and market analysis. Provide regular reports to the Director of Sales/Assistant Director of Sales on performance metrics. Mentor and train junior sales staff as needed, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture. Qualifications Your personality counts more than your CV … Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on MICE and leisure. Ability to prioritize and respond quickly to multiple enquiries. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Confident in pricing, negotiation, and upselling. Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales platforms (Opera, Delphi, Salesforce, etc.). Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
