With over 40 hotels and residences in operation or development, LHG has a global footprint that extends across Asia, Europe, North America, Australasia and the Middle East.   * Meet/Exceed the personal revenues targets for Group accommodation and catering  * Determine and target a list of retention and target accounts * Maintain up to date competitor data compiled from internet, HIS reader boards and Delphi * Establish and maintain regular contact with key prospects in the MICE market segment including site inspections and sales calls * Fulfil weekly sales calls and telesales targets * Utilise the HIS Reader Board program to target accounts utilising competitive set  * Report sales revenues, market trends and competitor updates to Director of Sales – GSO Australia * Participation in developing/reviewing MICE strategies applicable to MICE market segment, based on market feedback and conditions * Source and participate in appropriate networking events & MICE organisations * Fulfil requirements to meet or exceed KPI’s for MICE Mystery Shopper program * Prepare weekly, quarterly and annual reports and annual budget for segment as required * Support MICE team in delivering promotional opportunities in order to meet the hotels overall strategic plan * Effectively measure and report on a timely basis, sales results with updated strategies and competitor information to the Director of Sales – GSO Australia  * Drive membership to company’s MICE recognition program (take the lead) ensuring KPI on new membership numbers achieved * Maximise Delphi Sales and Catering System as a new business tool database For more information about Langham Hospitality Group, please visit: http://www.langhamhospitalitygroup.com/
