We are looking for a driven Midland Sales Manager to join our UK Sales Team to help us grow within the region. This role will focus on servicing and developing our existing network of conversion centres, while also identifying opportunities with end-users (such as councils and fleet operators) and leasing companies.
You don’t need to know the industry and we will provide full product training, but you do need to be proactive, customer-focused and commercially aware.
· To grow revenue within existing accounts across the Midlands, especially vehicle conversion partners.
· Develop new business with fleet operators, councils, leasing companies and other end users.
· Build strong relationships and manage key accounts, ensuring excellent service and retention.
· Creae and manage your own quotes and pricing – with training provided.
· Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service & Marketing) to maximise impact.
· Deliver structured feedback to help shape our product and service roadmap.
· Produce monthly reports to track performance and progress against sales plans.
