QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in LAN, structured cabling, or in-building network solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the Middle East region.
  • Strong network of contacts in UAE and KSA, especially within government and enterprise sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with Corning solutions and ecosystem partners.
  • Experience working with integrators such as Hasoub or HSB.
  • Prior involvement in large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., stadiums, ministries).

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Local Area Networks (LAN) and Data Centers business across the Middle East. This role is pivotal in driving regional sales strategy, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market share in key verticals including government, enterprise, and sports infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for LAN and Data Center solutions across the Middle East region.
  • Drive business development efforts in UAE and KSA, with a focus on high-impact projects such as stadiums, ministries, and smart infrastructure.
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with integrators, consultants, and end customers.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and technical teams to support product positioning and customer engagement.
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting activities aligned with regional KPIs.
  • Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
