Requirements Work Requirements: 70% local travel / 30% office Bachelor’s degree preferred A minimum of 8+ years of customer service or outside sales experience preferred, particularly in aggregate sales, heavy equipment, trucking, or project management (road building, paving, bridge construction) Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a small team Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a keen sense of accuracy and process Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Business Ability to understand and apply sales principles, customer service practices, and basic credit concepts Self-motivated and flexible, with a commitment to continuous learning and alignment with company values Extremely responsive with strong attention to detail Strong relational intelligence and good interpersonal skills Customer service focused
