Opportunity As a Sales Manager specializing in Mobile Accessories, based in Jakarta, you will spearhead our efforts to expand our market presence and drive sales of our innovative product lines. This role involves strategizing, executing sales plans, and cultivating strong partnerships with retailers and distributors to enhance market penetration and visibility. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase the sales volume of mobile accessories. Identify and target new business opportunities, developing relationships with key clients and retailers. Monitor competitive activities and market trends to identify sales opportunities and threats. Train and lead the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote our mobile accessories. Analyze sales data and prepare reports to monitor performance, making recommendations for improvement. Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure that promotional initiatives align with sales goals. Manage negotiations and contractual agreements with partners and customers. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the mobile accessories. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Strong understanding of the mobile accessories market and customer trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
