Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As Sales Manager, you’ll lead, coach, and scale a high-performance inside sales team focused on phone-first, consultative selling. You’ll drive revenue growth, sharpen sales processes, and directly support reps on closing high-ticket, custom deals. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this position is crucial in taking Murphy Door’s sales department to the next level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, train, and motivate an inside sales team to exceed revenue targets
  • Hire and onboard new reps with consistent ramp-to-quota plans
  • Personally assist in closing high-value opportunities to maximize conversion and AOV
  • Manage CRM pipeline integrity (HubSpot/Salesforce), forecasting, and reporting
  • Build repeatable playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling frameworks
  • Partner with operations and concierge teams for seamless customer handoff
  • Track KPIs: conversion rates, average order value, activity metrics, and quota attainment
