Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and business growth within several revenue streams. You will develop and execute specialist sales strategies and work closely with clients and partners to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about golf / leisure, has a proven track record in sales leadership, and possesses excellent relationship-building skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide our operations teams associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
  • Provide regular training and support to the sales team to enhance performance and product knowledge.
  • Conduct sales meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and golf tournaments.
  • To work closely with the Principal Food and Beverage Manager to provide a quality service to members and visitors.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the sports, retail, or golf industry.
  • Strong knowledge of golf products, trends, and the needs of golfers.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
