Are you ready to shape the future of the Scandinavian and European financial markets? We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and lead the charge in expanding our ETF, ETP, and crypto product offerings. About the Role This is a strategic, client-facing sales role where you'll work with a wide range of stakeholders—from global issuers to local fund companies, retail platforms, and fintechs. Your mission: drive new listings and increase trading activity on our platform. You’ll be the first person in this role, giving you the opportunity to shape it and grow with it. Expect to collaborate closely with product, compliance, marketing, and listing operations teams across the Nordic and Europe. What You’ll Do Build and manage a funnel of potential clients and issuers and drive sales of new ETF/ETP/crypto listings. Maintain and grow relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. Contribute to the evolution of the ETF/ETP and crypto landscape in Scandinavia and beyond. What We’re Looking For Experience & Background A few years in the financial sector, preferably in ETFs, ETPs, or crypto. Experience in client-facing, product development, or business development roles. Strategic mindset with an interest in modern tech and innovation An ability to navigate complex regulatory environments Thrive in fast-paced, process-heavy environments and is passionate about financial innovation Skills Fluent in English. Fluent in either Swedish or Danish. Strong stakeholder and relationship management. Structured and proactive approach to sales and client engagement.
