ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re growing fast and we need a strong commercial leader to help us scale with precision.
As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our expanding commercial team. You’ll be hands-on, strategic, and completely central to our next phase of growth. This is a player-coach role: you’ll lead by example, actively support live deals, and take full ownership of building a high-performing team beneath you.
Reporting directly to the MD, you’ll work side-by-side with leadership to define and execute the sales roadmap from hiring and onboarding new talent, to tightening process and driving accountability.
