Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Manager to join our Books & Publications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales, building customer relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify and approach new customers, bookstores, schools, institutions, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and sell books, educational materials, and publications.
• Handle sales inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Work closely with the marketing and distribution teams to increase sales.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development; experience in books, publishing, education, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to develop new business opportunities.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel for customer meetings when required.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Salary & Benefits

AED 3,000 – 6,000/month, depending on experience and skills.
