• Commercial responsibility and accountability of Rab and Lowe Alpine brand products in all the above countries according to agreed objectives and in line with global corporate strategy
• Develop strong sales, marketing and merchandising relationships with Key Accounts
• Maintain customer relationships and develop new prospects
• Significant travel within the country (mostly the Netherlands) to get orders during sales campaigns
• Ensure a consistent approach across all territories
• Manage, motivate and evaluate sales rep activity to exceed sales expectations
• Report sales performance/trends on a monthly basis
• Territory seasonal forecasting and budgeting
• Attend sales/commercial meetings, including regular trips in the UK
• Attend consumer events to increase brand awareness
