Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You, together with your team, are responsible for building, maintaining and expanding customer relationships. You ensure the implementation and further development of the commercial policy for these divisions. You are responsible for optimizing business processes, carrying out or commissioning market analyses, developing new campaigns and developing growth strategies, with the aim of further expanding the market position within the Netherlands. You will report to the CCO and participate in the commercial MT meetings.
In this role, you will lead 10 FTEs across three disciplines: urban mining, bicycle parking/street furniture and trash receptacles.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Building and establishing the strategic and tactical customer and market approach.
  • Realizing sales
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Recommend (new) concepts consisting of products, service and services and identify and respond to market opportunities.
  • Responsible for proper contract rollout and following up on contract agreements
  • Provide support and leadership to further develop and empower staff
  • Participation in tenders.
    In short you see opportunities for business growth, you coordinate and encourage sales initiatives and the generation of additional business by focusing on services and services.
    Through your keen eye, you see the areas for improvement, opportunities and the aspects where performance is good. On this basis, you give the right guidance and coaching to your colleagues. Together you will create the right conditions for success!
