We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our New Business team within the professional skincare channel. This role is pivotal in expanding Dermalogica’s footprint across beauty salons by acquiring new key accounts and coaching a team of New Business Account Managers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to sales, capable of driving performance through leadership, training, and direct client engagement.

DO YOU HAVE THE BELOW SKILLS?

  • Proven track record of success in new business sales, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or professional services sector.
  • Experience leading and coaching high-performing sales teams, with a strong ability to motivate, develop, and drive results.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills, including objection handling, value-based selling, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to design strategic offers and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Confident communicator and relationship-builder, capable of engaging senior decision-makers and representing the brand at events.
  • Analytical mindset, able to interpret KPIs, conversion funnels, and sales data to inform actions and improve performance.
  • Collaborative approach, working cross-functionally with marketing, education, and operations to support business growth.
  • Well-organised and results-driven, with strong pipeline management and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of salon environments and client needs.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings, events, and team support as required.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE…. COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of New Business Account Managers to exceed acquisition targets through coaching, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive new business growth by identifying and securing key accounts within the beauty salon sector, building strong relationships with salon owners and decision-makers.
  • Design and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives, including tailored commercial offers and collaboration with marketing and education teams to support lead generation.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and build partnerships.
  • Ensure smooth account handovers to the Existing Business team, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Manage sales operations, including pipeline tracking, CRM accuracy, KPI reporting, and providing insights to senior leadership on performance and market trends
