We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – NSW to lead, inspire, and drive results across our state sales team. In this role, you’ll oversee the sales of Levande’s retirement living communities, guiding prospective residents and their families through one of life’s most important decisions.

What you’ll do

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Professionals to deliver reservation, settlement, and price growth targets.
  • Champion our customer journey by embedding consistent sales practices and ensuring an Everyday Exceptional experience.
  • Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maintain Levande’s position as the provider of choice.
  • Support effective sales funnel management and data governance through Salesforce CRM.
  • Balance accountability with support by addressing performance issues constructively and building a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, risk, and regulatory requirements, always upholding Levande’s standards of integrity and care.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven success as a State Sales Manager or equivalent, leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care, or Land Lease (highly regarded).
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and people leadership skills, demonstrated through meaningful impact and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience selling products or services with a longer or more complex sales cycle.
  • Commercial acumen, strong stakeholder management, and confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce desirable).
