We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to project success within the construction sector, with a focus on frame and façade solutions in Finland. Your responsibilities You will proactively identify and develop new business opportunities while building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term customer relationships. The role includes preparing cost estimations and tailored proposals that meet customer needs, as well as coordinating the tendering process in close collaboration with engineering, project management, and production teams. In addition, you will represent the company by presenting our solutions in client meetings, industry events, and trade fairs, and play an active role in driving sales development and business growth initiatives.
