THIS IS A SALES MANAGER POSITION AND PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE. EXPERIENCE IN THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY IS NOT A REQUIREMENT FOR THIS ROLE.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Negotiate purchase contracts with potential sellers
  • Attend seller appointments and conduct walk-throughs of properties
  • Follow-up with leads (potential for 50+ calls per day)
  • Attend networking events to acquire clients
  • Out-of-office marketing and sales development activities
  • Manage a database of prospects through the company CRM
  • Provide daily reporting of sales activities to management
  • Maintain and exceed company-designated quotas
