Purpose of role: Lead and execute the sales strategy for Vietnam, ensuring achievement of revenue, distribution, and market share targets across all retail & pharmacy & M&B & other channels. Drive growth through strong customer relationships, effective trade proposal & execution, and alignment with company values. Responsibilities include: Sales & Market Development •    Deliver annual sales targets for Vietnam across GT, MT, Pharmacy, M&B and Other channels. •    Expand coverage in key cities and provinces, focusing on high - potential areas. •    Negotiate trade terms and manage promotional spend effectively. Sales Forecast & Report  •    Work closely with the distributor and the Supply Chain team to develop accurate, timely, and commercially aligned sales forecasts. Collaborate effectively with partners and the Supply Chain team to continuously improve Sales Forecast Accuracy (SFA) through disciplined processes, data validation, and market ‑ driven insights. •    Prepare required weekly / monthly / quarterly reports then share back – office team for update & consolidation Sales Execution •    Drive modern trade, M&B, wholesales, IDP and other channel sales  •    Negotiate favourable terms and manage trade spend for customers •    Monitor market trends and competitor activities Customer & Distributor Management •    Build strong partnerships with distributors and key customers. •    Monitor distributor performance and ensure compliance with company standards. •    Provide training and support to distributor & customers’ sales teams. Execution Excellence •    Implement fundamentals around Distribution, Pricing, Shelving, Merchandising •    Ensure visibility and availability of products in MT, pharmacy, M&B outlets. •    Track competitor activities and market trends to inform strategies Business Development: •    Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new distribution partnerships and emerging channels such as specialty stores, to expand market reach. •    Generate leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling, canvassing, networking, and participation in industry events. •    Follow up with potential partners, build strong relationship pipelines, and convert qualified prospects into commercial agreements and sales opportunities Operational Oversight: •    Ensure proper distribution and merchandising execution across all customer channels, maintaining high standards of brand visibility and retail excellence. •    Manage inventory proactively to minimise returns, reduce stock write‑offs, and support healthy sell‑through across partners and accounts. Who are you? •    Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field •    Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG or Health & Wellness sector  •    Strong knowledge of Vietnam retail landscape and distributor networks •    Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex negotiations •    Able to work independently, energetic and highly passionate about work in driving sales growth  •    Strategic thinking with hands-on execution.  •    Strong communication and relationship-building skills  •    Analytical mindset for market and performance data  •    Strong communication skills with fluency in English •    Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data presentation. •    Ability to work across diverse cultures and collaborate with stakeholders in different regions.
