As Sales Manager, you will lead and manage the assigned business segment or region to achieve agreed targets in volume and revenue. You will play a key role in driving performance and ensuring that growth strategies and execution plans are effectively implemented to sustain the long-term success of the Lysaght business. What will you do: Sales Strategy Develop sale strategy to strengthen company’s position for premium building solutions and PEB market growth through multiple channels. Develop pipeline and acquire new customers to expand the market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive loyalty and long-term partnerships. Account Planning and Management Develop streamlined account management processes for gain market share, higher client retention and relationship building Improve profitability by refining pricing strategy and drive value selling and solutions Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. People and Capability Development Build and sustain a high-performing and resilient sales team. Develop technical depth of product features, benefits, and technical specifications, with a strong grasp of the steel building industry. Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture in team. Business Partnership and Collaboration Effectively collaborate with other functions to provide competitive offers to customers Partner closely with Supply Chain and Engineering teams to implement and monitor systems to provide competitive offers to customers. Coordinate with relevant functions: business development, marketing team to ensure effective pre-sales and after-sales support What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in sales of technical or construction products. Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and business development, ideally within the steel building or related construction industry. Proven ability to establish and strengthen partnerships with project owners, architects, and engineering consultants particularly within Chinese-speaking business networks. Native or fluent proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English to effectively communicate with key customers, partners, and stakeholders across Chinese-speaking markets. Strong people-leadership skills with the ability to develop, coach, and motivate a high-performing team. Demonstrated success in developing market growth strategies, value-selling, and driving profitability. Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and engineering teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
