WHAT YOU’LL BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS):

• An accredited Degree or Diploma in an engineering field (preferably focusing on aerodynamics) OR a minimum of 10 years of experience in an associated industry.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in selling lift motors
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an Industrial Sales Management role.
• A disciplined, sales-driven work ethic with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Expert product and industry knowledge, particularly within the air movement market.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
• A positive, outgoing attitude with a continuous drive for personal and professional development.
