Overview Sales Manager - Off Plan for our client in the Real Estate industry, based in Dubai. The role involves leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team, driving off-plan property sales, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring proven success in the UAE real estate market, expertise in developer and broker environments, and the ability to deliver on ambitious sales targets for one of the region's most prestigious real estate developers. Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and analyze off-plan market trends. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to off-plan property sales. Lead, motivate, and train the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to achieve targets. Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and guide them through the purchase process. Oversee negotiations and ensure favorable terms while maintaining client satisfaction. Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to align on project details and sales campaigns. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, taking corrective actions when necessary. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards for off-plan property transactions. Network with key stakeholders to strengthen market presence and business opportunities. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales service.
